Summer Kitchen
At the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Sapide – Atelier Design transformed chef Maurice Ravin's summer kitchen into an immersive experience in the colours of Château Sainte-Marguerite. A sensory journey into the heart of Provence in a back-from-the-market spirit, between charm and authenticity.
Mission
To elevate a technical space by infusing it with the Provençal authenticity of the Sainte-Marguerite estate and its rosé wine within the Las Brisas restaurant, to offer a memorable experience.
Solution
Sapide imagined a world that blends refinement and modern rusticity.
Around the dark pink and terracotta shades, the brand's signature colours, and flowers, emblems of Château Sainte-Marguerite, Sapide deployed a genuine vocabulary of objects and décor. The wooden slats evoke the estate's architecture, while wicker baskets and bouquets recall Provence. The back bar is transformed into a Provençal window with shutters, elegantly framing the bottles of the grand cru classé. The façade of the Hippocampe bar becomes warm and modern thanks to a wooden cladding.

Each element was designed as a fragment of a summer story in which the Sainte-Marguerite rosé becomes one of the main characters. A story that guests can tell in turn by sharing it on social media. The technical spaces gain warmth, the experiential zones gain photogenic appeal, and the world of Château Sainte-Marguerite settles in with precision.
In this space usually seen as technical, Château Sainte-Marguerite reveals its identity, authentic and memorable. The Las Brisas restaurant offers its guests a unique experience, beyond gastronomy.
